Mrs. Gloria Raphael Tamania hold Master’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Bacholar’s Degree in Public Health and Diploma in Nursing. She has extensive experience in the Health sector with over 12 years experiences. She worked for the Ministry of Gender, child and Social Welfare, and also for international Committe of the Red Cross (ICRC). She worked for health facilities such as Alban Jedid Hospital, Hakima Health Center, Al Academia al Kheria al Tahlimi in Khartoum and Medeni teaching Hospital in Al Gezira, Sudan. She also worked as a part time nurse at Juba Teaching Hospital in South Sudan.

She has Bachelors Degree in Arts and Social Sciences ( Sociology and Political sciences) She has over 10 years of work experience with international, National and government institutions; the South Sudan Bishop’s conference. Catholic Agency for Overseas Development (CAFOD) South Sudan Democratic monitoring and Observation Programme (SSuEMOP) and Saferworld. She led the successful implementation, planning, monitoring and financial reporting of Saferworld Community security,
Mr. Randiwo Arkangelo Angelo

Mr. Randiwo Arkangelo Angelo is a South Sudanese. He holds master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management from Tsinghua University (China), Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Makerere University (Uganda), and Diploma in Management and Administration (Uganda). In addition, He has various certificates of professional trainings in public Finance management, Project planning and management, Peace and conflict management, certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, and Certificate in data capturing and manipulation.

He has Ph.D. in Project Management from LIGS University (USA), Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Management from Tsinghua University (China), Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Kenya Methodist University and Diploma in Public Relations management from Kenya Institute of Management (Kenya). In addition, he has various professional certificates in Leadership, Monitoring and Evaluation, Radio Journalism, Processional writing Skills, Reform communication, Field security and Safety

Dr. Elias Rinaldo Prof. Gamboriko, AJ., Ed.D., Ph.D. is an accomplished Teacher, counsellor, Religious Missionary Catholic priest of the Congregation of Apostles of Jesus for Africa and the world; now a consultant and a spiritual animator for the AdGentes Missionary Society Motherhouse & Superior in Omaha Nebraska; a certified Catholic chaplain /counsellor and a professional lecturer in Chung – Jen College of Management and Nursing-Taiwan – Republic of China.
He is a people-focused spiritual, humanitarian and a motivated philanthropist with a progressive career in delivering end-to-end support to cross-functional teams in strengthening the collective humanitarian response in field operations.
