Mrs. Gloria Raphael Tamania holds a Master's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, a Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, and a Diploma in Nursing. She has extensive experience in the health sector with over 12 years of professional practice.

She worked for the Ministry of Gender, Child and Social Welfare, and for the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). She served in several health facilities including Alban Jedid Hospital, Hakima Health Center, Al Academia al Kheria al Tahlimi in Khartoum, and Medeni Teaching Hospital in Al Gezira, Sudan.

She also worked as a part-time nurse at Juba Teaching Hospital in South Sudan, bringing a wealth of practical clinical and public health experience to her role as Chairperson of the Naabaya Foundation Board of Directors.

Tamburo Michael Renzi, Ph.D. is a South Sudanese expert in Public Administration and Policy, Project Management, Investment Promotion and Management, Marketing and Communication. He has a Ph.D. in Project Management from LIGS University (USA), a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Management from Tsinghua University (China), a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Kenya Methodist University, and a Diploma in Public Relations Management from Kenya Institute of Management.

Dr. Tamburo worked as State Minister of Commerce, Trade and Investment in Western Equatoria State, and State Minister of Finance and Public Service in Tambura State. He also served as Deputy Director of Marketing and Investment Promotion at South Sudan Investment Authority and Marketing and Communication Specialist with Education Development Center. He is also serving as Chair of Eye Media Board of Trustees in South Sudan.

Regionally, Dr. Tamburo took part in assignments in Kenya, Uganda, DRC and Egypt. At the international level, he actively participated in engagement conferences in Washington DC (2011), Berlin (2012), and Wuzhen, China (2015), serving as focal person for investment pipelines and promotion. He has over 17 years of experience in government and NGOs across East Africa.

Mr. Randiwo Arkangelo Angelo holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration and Management from Tsinghua University (China), a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Makerere University (Uganda), and a Diploma in Management and Administration (Uganda). He also holds professional certificates in public finance management, project planning and management, peace and conflict management, monitoring and evaluation, and data capturing.

Mr. Randiwo worked as the Director General of Finance and Public Service in Tambura State. Prior to that, he served as Senior Inspector for Logistics and Procurement at the Ministry of Education Western Equatoria State, and as Logistics Coordinator with Jesuit Refugee Services (JRS) in Uganda. He has over 15 years of experience in public administration, management, finance, logistics, and project implementation.

Ms. Martina John Kani is a South Sudanese with a Bachelor's Degree in Arts and Social Sciences (Sociology and Political Sciences). She has over 10 years of experience with international, national, and government institutions including the South Sudan Bishop's Conference, Catholic Agency for Overseas Development (CAFOD), South Sudan Democratic Monitoring and Observation Programme (SSuEMOP), and Saferworld.

She led the successful implementation, planning, monitoring, and financial reporting of Saferworld's Community Security, Peacebuilding, and Gender Mainstreaming project in Yambio — holding community dialogues, peace and gender awareness campaigns, roundtable discussions, and community security assessments.

Martina managed Saferworld implementing partners and Community Action Groups, facilitated monthly stakeholder meetings in Yambio, and led as chairperson in organizing the International Women's Day celebration in Maridi in 2020. She also served as Finance Coordinator at SSuEMOP during the South Sudan general election and referendum, overseeing financial transactions across ten state coordinators.

Dr. Elias Rinaldo Prof. Gamboriko, AJ., Ed.D., Ph.D. is an accomplished teacher, counsellor, and Religious Missionary Catholic priest of the Congregation of Apostles of Jesus. He is now a consultant and spiritual animator for the AdGentes Missionary Society Motherhouse in Omaha, Nebraska; a certified Catholic chaplain/counsellor and professional lecturer in Chung-Jen College of Management and Nursing, Taiwan.

Prof. Gamboriko holds a BA in Theology and Philosophy from Urbaniana Pontifical University, Rome; an MA in Christian Spirituality and Counselling Psychology from Creighton Jesuit University, Nebraska; an MSc in Post-Conflict Justice and Peace-Building from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland; and a Ph.D. (Ed.D) in Pastoral Community Counselling Psychology from Argosy University, Phoenix AZ. He is currently pursuing an MA in International Relations at Webster University, Vienna, Austria.

Fr. Elias has a stellar record of providing authoritative technical and policy advice to senior management, and has demonstrated excellence in launching humanitarian and emergency support for critical situations. He has been honored as a diversity champion for guiding veterans, child soldiers, and refugees across North America, South America, Africa, Asia, and Europe.
